Send X-Api-Key on every request to api-test.idunox.com.
See the request/response schema in API documentation → API reference. Every /v2 data call sends X-Api-Key plus a lowercase UUIDv4 x-request-id; submissions also send Idempotency-Key. The HTML report is returned through report.htmlUrl.

Your organization's lab result ingests sent to the Idunox API with your API keys. When processing completes, resultIds[] are the handles for GET /v2/results/{resultId}. See Glossary → resultId. Submissions rejected at intake (a 4xx response) appear with status REJECTED and the error code; hover the Error cell for the field-level reasons. Rejected rows are retained for 90 days; requests that failed authentication (401) or were rate limited (429) are not listed.
